Bueno dejo un pequeño resumen de consejos para usar la cámara, sacados de Xda:

Usar en general la cámara con Nitidez -1.

  • Low Pixel Amount?
    Don't buy a 4MP Sensor

In other words as any HTC, THIS IS NOT THE IPHONE it has advanced abilities and your photos are in your control
