Buenas, he hablado con Amazon.de, diciendo que el telefono trae ese problema y esto me han respondido:
The item is listed on our website as "Gewöhnlich versandfertig in 1 bis 2 Monaten." (normally available in 1 to 2 months).
This delivery time is calculated by our ordering systems, which take into account increased customer demand or possible delivery delays of suppliers on a daily basis. Based on this information, these systems create a reliable provisioning time frame. As soon as the supply shortage is eliminated, the availabilities are updated with new, shorter delivery times.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide more precise delivery times or delivery guarantee. Of course I understand, that this may not be satisfying in individual cases, and therefore I’d like to make the following suggestion:
My first suggestion, I can offer a partial refund of EUR 100,00 if you keep the item. This amount will be refunded to the bank account or credit card used in your order.
Or:
You can wait for the replacement order of course.
Or:
If you don't like to wait for the replacement or take the partial refund the last option is to return the item to us and get a full refund of the paid amount.

Mi Ingles es muy limitado pero en la primera alternativa que me da ¿me ofrecen 100 euros por quedarme con el telefono asi o es que lo interpreto mal?
No pensaba cambiarlo pero viendo que hay gente que no tiene separacion alguna segun ponen aqui y que en la factura no viene Imei, me estoy planteando cambiarlo...aunque me da mucha pena pq tardare en volver ha consegurilo y habiendo tenido todos los iphone, incluido el 5, y todos los galaxy, salvo el 1, puedo decir que es el telefono que mejor primera impresion me ha dejado a pesar de la dichosa abertura esta.
