If you have problems with CM10.1 R3, like signal drops, use this to fix it. I swapped the RIL from CMR2 to R3, and it works great
New RIL - New RIL
Old RIL - original RIL
Only use this on the 2030 baseband, and only use it on CyanogenMod R3
