Perfecto con Rom Ginger si me reconoce, me quedo en este punto:

flasheamos el firmware.zip (este firmware contiene el exploid original que usa gfree)

No me sale ninguna pantalla blanca, ni ninguna barra verde, solamente una PANTALLA NEGRA CON LAS LETRAS HTC y ya.
Si prosigo con el tutorial, si me carga la rom cuando hago el siguiente codigo para desbloquear el bootloader.

 Cita:

fastboot flash unlocktoken unlock_code

Se desbloquea perfecto el HBOOT, pero si que carga la rom al contrario de como pone el tutorial. Sigo hacia adelante? Paro? Vuelvo a empezar?

El error creo que esta en lo de fastboot flash zip firmware.zip

EDITO---SEGUI HACIA ADELANTE CON EL TUTORIAL PERO NO CONSIGO S-OFF, NI SIM-UNLOCK...
Al poner la última linea de comando obtengo esto, lo pongo por si puede ayudar a diagnosticar el error.
