Solucion:
Con
root explorer<<Descargar<< activa el modo root en sus ajustes, copia tu copia de la EFS y reemplazala en la actual.
Reinicia en recovery, formatea todo, wipe cache, wipe system, wipe preload y wipe dalvik.
Reinicia y ya te cojera la SIM
