after hard work, we have discovered that SG2 has 3 KNOWN types of CPU chips!

example!:

1 --- 2 --- 3 (types of chips)

1) can OC max to 1.4Ghz and nothing else! (it's the low quality, designed to work only on 1Ghz DEFAULT or light OC to 1.2!
best no to touch the OV/UV and leave it on default voltage.

2)default CPU chip, most people got it! it's can go up to 1.5Ghz with no problem and can be OV/UV with +-50mv without fear or more...

3)Great CHIP! can go up to 1.6Ghz without any problem, and can be OV/UV +-75mv without problem and even more...

I have the #2  so no 1.6Ghz for me...

there is NOTHING we can do, it's hardware BUG 

so be happy with what you got.

i will try to do something for #1 case so they will be able to switch to performance profiles and check what kind of CPU they have!

it's not easy task, but i have some idea...
