INT2EXT is a stable and fast way of moving the data partition of your phone to the sd-ext partition, in any rooted rom with init.d support.

Partition your SD Card in PC using MiniTool® Partition Wizard
First Partition: FAT in case of cards below 2 GB ; FAT32 in case of cards above 2 GB
Second Partition: Ext2



-Download Clockworkmod Recovery
-Download Script INT2EXT+ from here
-Place these zip files to the root of your sdcard
-Reboot Recovery if you are in Stock Recovery, you need to install Clockworkmod Recovery first
-In Clockworkmod Recovery, Select "install zip from sdcard" and select the INT2EXT+ zip file.
-Reboot System Now
-Install Link2SD from Playstore
-Create Mount Script from there...

Evidentemente necesitas un kernel que soporte el init.d como el de rafael, el hells o el nit interactive. El kernel stock no lo soporta.
