I need help. I have an huawei y300-000 from china also, and i´m having issues trying to install Gapps with CWM.

First I would like to know if the procedure to flash CWM on the y300-0100 can be used to the y300-000.

Second, can you tell me if I can install Gapps with another procedure?

If you have the chinese model, you can officially unlock the bootloader. Then you can install CWM from fastboot and then install google apps zip from CWM. The version of google apps you need is this: http://goo.im/gapps/gapps-jb-20121011-signed.zip
