Se ve que no conoces mucho, ten mucho cuidado con eso de formatear, te puedes llevar tu carpeta EFS si no sabes donde tocas
mira yo en el menu de recovery tengo:
-reboot system now
-install zip from sdcard
-wipe data/factory reset
-wipe cache partition
-backup and restore
-mounts and storage
-advanced
formatee la memeria interna y para borar las app que estavan instaladas fui y
di al wipe data y wipe cache y despues fui y le di al "advanced" y le di a wipe dalvik cache
despues.....entre en mounts and storage y di al "format cache" y "format system" y "format data" y "format preload" y "sd card" ( el sd card dio error por que no tenia tarjeta de memoria puesta)
ahora cuando entro en mounts and storage me pone alli..
-mount /efs
-unmount /cache
-mount /system
-unmount /data
-mount /preload
-mount /sdcard
-format /cache
-format /system
-format /data
-format /preload
-format /sdcard
