Edit: my old answer wasn't right , I think I must be a little drunk

just edit this file /sys/power/fbpause and put 50 in the file , save and it should work (delay time in msg)

Sorry, I forgot to include this feature in TWRP kernel.

You can put a script in init.d and change it everytime you reboot
