***UPDATE 3-15-13 *** Numerous improvements in the Tethering space. Some improvements in DNS. If USB tether doesn't connect, then disable Wifi Tether on your device / Connect to 3G instead of Wifi/ Reconnect network and / or try again. It should just be a first time thing. Subsequent access should be very fast and access should be very fast.
