OK, pense que era al reves.
Ahora me toy descargando una JB 4.1 oficial en ruso, pero que segun dicen en XDA-DEVELOPERS va muy bien y puedes seleccionar en el primer arranque el idioma que prefieras instalar. La putada es que la descarga tiene limitacion de velocidad y terminara de bajar mañana, ya te contare.

it works great! you just have to select the correct language during first boot.
I've bene testing it for some days now and no bugs or problems since.
just bear in mind that it will totally wipe your system partition so do a backup before flashing"
