Dudo que haya saltado algo, pero seguí estas y se me quedó en Sony:
1. Backup your current ROM
2. Wipe Data/Factory Reset
3. Wipe cache partition
4. Advanced > Wipe dalvik cache
5. Install zip from SD card > ViperXperia_Vx.x.zip
6. Follow on screen instructions in AROMA
7. After finished installation untick "Reboot"
8. Install Xperia_Neo_Stock_ICS_404_Modules.zip
9. Select "Reboot" in CWM
10. Give the phone a good full charge, and enjoy your brand new phone!
Luego aportó un usuario otras, con format system y tal, y con esas llegaba al bootanimation.
