En FB hay uno que ha dicho que con esta configuración no sufre ningun SOD

profiles off ... never used it

Kill app back button ON
IMP: ONDEMAND Governor .. set on boot on .. default frequenciCFQ IO scheduler .. set on boot on
ZRAM disabled ... Purging assets=disabled .. KSM=disabled
Voy a probarla. La rotación la he dejado, porque la uso bastante
