Un user de XDA que es periodista ha escrito un mail a canonical y esta es la respuesta:
Many thanks for your email. Unfortunately, we can't give early access to the code because it will go live as soon as it's ready, which we expect will be about 4pm UK time today. If it's helpful, here is the Touch Developer Preview press release:
