Either the data partition has had some kind of corruption before already, or somehow the build was still flawky.
I will do "make clean" builds now and replace build 07 with them. Each of those builds will take ~1h, so it will take a little while.

Usually my builds are tested a lot more properly, but as I wanted to rush build 06 for the fixed RIL it wasn't.
