I understand that you are very keen to purchase a Nexus 4 device but unfortunately at this time, the country of your credit card must match the the country that you're shipping to. If you purchase a device from Google Play Germany the delivery parameters are limited to within the country of purchase.
Unfortunately your order has been delayed because there was a problem with the shipping address. If you order is unable to be completed it will be returned undelivered.
Once the order has been received the refund process will go into effect. Google will issue a refund to the card originally charged for the order within 2 weeks.
