Segun he visto en XDA, hay gente pidiendo que se haga una buena y estable versión de CM10 y si esto implica dejar de lado la CM10.1, pues que se deje.

Yo personalmente he cambiado a la Parandroid harto de los fallitos de la CM10.1 y la verdad que no me arrepiento. Va todo fino y bien.
