Got a bad news guys. Seems like the Display panel won't support more than 30fps due to a hardware limitation.
Samsung had used a stupid display IC to cut the costs over AMOLED display making SL more cheaper than Galaxy S. The Panel shows screen tear because it doesn't support 60fps refresh rate that is being drawn to the framebuffer by Android Jellybean. I have no idea about how it works on ICS.
I will work on tweaking the panel and push it to the limits, but I am totally hopeless.
