There is a problem with the oem unlock procedure that results in the device getting stuck at booting. To fix this do the following:
1. Hold the Volume Up, Volume Down and Power buttons and keep holding
2. When the device reboots to fastboot mode press Volume Down to get to Recovery and then press the Power button the boot into Stock Recovery.
3. Use the above procedure to show the Stock Recovery Menu list.
4. Select Wipe Data/Factory Reset and press Power button to select.
5. Once the wipe completes select Reboot and your device will boot fine.
