Ahora te pregunto, porque lo que dices es ilegal, whatsapp no puede estudiar conversaciones entre dos personas, porque son chats privados, dime donde demuestra que hace tal cosa, en las cláusulas de contrato y privacidad de uso de la app no lo pone, me gustaría saber tus fuentes fiables y no porque te lo hayas sacado del sobaco o del bolsillo
En facebook estudian los "me gusta" las páginas visitadas a través de la página etc pero nunca en los chats, e igual que google, estudia tus búsquedas por donde te mueves etc.. Pero jamas estudia nada de mensajes o emails intercambiados entre usuarios.
Sólo para clarificar, no estudian conversaciones entre 2 personas (q es ilegal), pues deben anonimizar lo q se quedan. Lo q estudian son conversaciones entre 2 grupos de variables (totalmente legal), obtienen métricas: cuanto se mencionó una palabra o frase (no quien lo mencionó), q producto aparece más discutido, q problemas en el servicio tienen mayor covertura, etc.
Cada referencia a la política de privacidad q indique q la información se utiliza para "mejorar" o continuar" el servicio es sinónimo de "con fines de lucro" pues continuar el servicio requiere de ingresos.
En su política de privacidad indican que durante el funcionamiento normal del negocio no copian ni almacenan mensajes por más de 30 días, pero no indica q es considerado un "funcionamiento normal" ni "funcionamieto anormal".
En resumen:
-pueden almacenar y lucrar con el contenido de tus mensajes
