Solution: For the ones who have chose free shipping or reg mail, 2/3 of them shipped out by China post already, 1/returned and we have sent every one the email, and we supply half shipping cost in charge for standard or expedited shipping, and most of them refused change by other shipping way, already refunded. One or 2 are in contact thinking of change to other tablets, still in communication.
2, Chuwi V99, there were a few orders were temporarily not in stock, and we have contacted them, and some of them requested refunded already, 2-3 orders, now we have Chuvi V99 in stock again, and all placed orders shipped out already.
3, Canary Islands , In shipping company system , it does not belong to Spain,, so postal code does not match the country/city, and no private service for expedited shipping, and belongs to remote area in DHL/Fedex system, so only Singapore post shipping is possible, that is standard shipping.
Solution:
For the ones chose expedited shipping, we have communicated with them to note the problems and suggest to change to standard shipping, we offer refund the shipping cost difference between expedited shipping and standard shipping, and some customers do not wish to change, so refunded already for the whole order, the shipment held back from shipping company, and one customer opened dispute.
For future order from Canary Island, pls choose standard shipping only.
4, some customers placed orders and require for refund without any proper reason, as I remember, one said that he already got one from his friend, one said he dose not want it anymore, we friendly refunded them already with their request.
5, Onda V972, still estimated to be shipped from 26th to 30th, Dec. if there is further update, we will update you accordingly. If any problem, we will supply instant solution too.
6, Tax: some customers met custom tax problem
Before we declared $38USD and did not specify shipping cost included, so Fedex or DHL may add shipping cost sometimes, but from now on, we make invoice each one separately with our signature and clarify it is shipping cost included, and only declare $29Usd, it is tax free for value within 20 EUR from one long term cooperated customer feedback in Spain.
