gymsosb i just tested uor bootloader boot and recovery under cygwin.
And sorry to say that are Loked !

That's why it doesn't work well the recovery cm.
Also if it is a law in Greece that say that every smartphone must come with things unlocked well it will be good. But it think that vodafone are not playing by the rules.
Anyway uor work is fantastic.
