1, About for the warranty, We have 2 procedures serious quality testing before shipment, Only each device passed the 2 procedures testing, then it will be shipped. We mainly test the screen responsiveness, dead pixels, camera, sound function, scratches battery, wifi, chargers etc. So it is not possible for customers receive faulty products from our company, as most of our customers are back customers, and come from forums recommended by old customers, so quality and service is most important issue for us, as we do not do as much online marketing as other companies. But for your question just in case, there will be any problem, if it is software problem, we will supply you online technical support.
