Un par de cosillas para recordar....
1. El RC hace backup de tus apps, cuentas y datos Wifi
2. Sólo debes modificar el archivo ROMCleaner_user.txt con Notepad++.
3. El nombre de la app/widget a retirar tiene que coincidir exactamente con el que tienes en tu sistema. Puede que el archivo que te bajes contenga el nombre de tu app, pero a lo mejor está en mayúscula o hay un HTC delante...
4. Esto lo verificas de dos maneras:
a) abriendo tu ROM.zip y ver las apps/widgets que tienes
b) Flashea el RC de prueba y abre luego el archivo ROMCleaner.log (en RomCleaner/Logs) ...allí tendrás todas tus apps/widgets bajo la ruta system/apps/*.*
Recuerda: abre todo con Notepad ++
5. El mejor resultado se obtiene haciendo todo esto antes del boot de tu Rom, ya sea Stock o Custom.
6. Piensa que luego ya tienes el script hecho para futuras ocasiones
7. El tema del backup...mejor tener tus apps en memoria interna...no hace backup de datos el script...tampoco se puede pedir más...
8. La limpieza perfecta la tendrás después de un par de pruebas. Te aseguro que elimina todo lo que quieras, si y solo si los nombres de tus apps/widgets coinciden con el de tu rom...

Procedimiento (en inglés)
"Best thing to do in your case is to download ROMCleaner.zip and ROMCleaner_user.txt from the OP.
Create a folder in the root of your SDCARD called "ROMCleaner".
Now to the editing of what to remove. (If you are on windows download and install Notepad++, link in 1st post)
Open your ROMCleaner_user.txt (with Notepad++) and edit it as you want. Add a # to the apps you wish to keep or remove the # in front of the apps you wish to remove.
When done, save changes and copy the ROMCleaner_user.txt to the root of your ROMCleaner folder.

Since you really want to make sure you have the perfect "Base ROM" to restore in case something goes wrong I suggest you take it easy and spend some time to create this ROM.
Now flash ROM Cleaner, when in main menu press "Backup Tool", when done use the power menu to exit back to recovery.
Wipe /data and /system manually in recovery.
Then flash the ROM, when done flash ROM Cleaner again and this time press "ROM Cleaner" -> "ROM Cleaner (Sense)" -> "Restore my apps".
Now boot the ROM for the first time and keep your fingers crossed."
Adjunto mi ROMCleaner_user.txt para que veas como he añadido manualmente apps y widgets al script.
