I will try to install this rom, it looks great and I love GB on arc s ( i think there is no so much great ICS roms ).

I just wanna ask for this version 9.2.

Is this flashable zip?
I cant figure it out, should I install this backup (13.11) and then flash this zip or?

And just one thing, now I'm on Xgamer witch is 2.3.7 and bb 64. Should I install again 0.42 stock rom and then root it or should I just install this rom with 64 basebend?

do not worry, but try to use a translator at least good to install 9.2 it follow these instructions:
Download the. Zip and unzip it will be a folder to the folder you put clockwordmod / backup on the SD (if you have not create it)
Flash with FlashTool: FW 42
Root and then upgrade via OTA or WIFI and comprehend to version 0.62
You install the CWM V5
