well i have my own modified versions
xp+sp3+latest updates total iso has 178 MB
on drive c: after install all my programs i have c:\windows of 470 MB
and
my windows 7+sp1+latest total udf iso has 1056 MB
on drive c: after install'it i have drive c:\ of total 1700 MB
i have almost 20 years of windows 3.1, 95 osr2, 98 se, 9x millennium *the best 9x if you know to configure it*
windows xp (skipped 2000 and vista)
windows 7 is OK
i finished the script for him to be exactly like my old but lighting faster XP.
i onestly think that the secret is in Configuration !
by the way windows 8 sucks. so i am gonna skip'it......
