1. I have registered my product, but I didn't receive the coupon offer as instructed on the website. When will I get the information?

If you’ve submitted a qualified purchase invoice to the assigned campaign email field, please allow up to 2 weeks of processing time to receive the coupon by email.
If you’ve registered your product but didn’t receive an auto “Welcome email” describing how to apply for the coupon, we’re sorry to inform you that your device might not qualify for this redemption offer.

2. I am unable to register the product with you. The SN number doesn’t seem to be correct. What should I do?

You can find the correct SN number on the rating label on your Nexus 7’s back cover, warranty card and the label in packing box. Please enter the correct and qualified SN to join this campaign and you will receive an auto Welcome email describing how to apply for the coupon.


IMPORTANT: Please notice that the Serial Number in “Settings -> About tablet -> Status” on your device system is another ID of your Nexus 7 for service purpose, but not for VIP registration on ASUS member site.



3. I have sent an email to the provided email address, but I received the message: “mailbox is full”. What to do?

Due to heavy application traffic, if you received a “mailbox is full” message, please allow some processing time and try to resend your email.

4. Where do I need to submit my invoice to?

After you’ve successfully registered your Nexus 7 on the ASUS member site, you will automatically receive a Welcome email attached with a specific email address to submit your invoice if your product is eligible for this campaign’s qualification.

5. What is the lead time of receiving the coupon and further information after I submitted the request?

Please allow up to 2 weeks of processing time.
