Why?
Unfortunately the unlock code for your IMEI number (XXXXXXXXXXXXX) is not available.
This could be because the phone manufacturer has not yet added it to their database, it is an unsupported model, or you accidentally entered the IMEI for a different phone.
If you would still like to unlock your handset then please try your local independent phone shop / market trader as they may be able to do this with hardware.
It is also worth testing your phone with different SIM cards to double check it is still locked as sometimes you may find it works when you do not expect it to.
Please allow between 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed in full.
