I'm so happy to see my rom in your forum!!!
I read your problems. To have correct flash you must repeat 2 timew flash. Who come from from ics can have some problems. Have different kernel and different modem and different frameworks.
The rom works fine and i had released some tweaks and fix that you can fin in mother forum in OP.
