1. Wipe data/factory reset
2. Wipe cache partition
3. Mount/storage->Format system
4. Advanced-> Wipe dalvik cache
5.Wipe data/factory reset (for luck!)
6.Flash rom
7. Boot up and add all apps and sms from your backup (titanium, SMS backup, wherever)
8. Boot to recovery and reflash rom
9. Advanced-> Wipe dalvik cache
10. Fix permissions
11. Reboot
