Para actualizar desde las 3.0 se debe de hacer todo esto de nuevo, como si se viniera de cualquier otra Rom o de una stock?

How to flash:
1.-turn OFF your phone
2.-boot in bootloader
3.-select fastboot mod
4.-flash boot.img via fastboot that is located in the rom.zip: fastboot flash boot boot.img
5.-run this command now: fastboot erase cache
6.-go back to hboot screen
7.-select recovery
8.-full wipe is recommended if coming from sense, if coming from other AOSP roms than not
9.-flash the rom
10.-flash these gapps (Google applications - 20121011)
11.-boot

Hay alguna manera de actualizar a la 3.1 y que no se me borren todos los datos del teléfono, las aplicaciones, y la configuración? Se sobreentiende que sin utilizar ningún programa tipo Titanium Backup
