En esta tableta no aparece el recovery.... eso si algo debe haber ya que se queda la pantalla en negro.
Me ha contestado el vendedor.... anda un poco perdido:

I think it is problem of software, please go to "setting" reset it to original factory setting.
if the problem still exist, please follow the upgrade instruction step by step to upgrade it.
