* Increase Core lowest entry voltage from 925mV to 950mV for stability
* Add a 10mV margin to 384Mhz CPU slot in case Smartreflex calibrates too much
* Increase priority of Interactive governor Kernel thread. Now it will have more priority than user land (rom stuff) threads. This will increase interactivity by a very nice margin. There are a few drawbacks: CPUSpy type of apps won't be able to track down frequencies anymore, but it will still show Deep Sleep accordingly.
* Add an Interactive governor entry allowing users to change which frequency the device ramps to when a finger touch is detected. By default it ramps to 1036Mhz. Path is: /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpufreq/interactive/input_boost_freq. The app will be updated later to feature this entry
