La manera de instalar el semaphore 2.1.2 es la siguiente:
1º.- instalar el 2.1.0 con wipe cache y dalvik y borrar ajustes de semaphore. Reinicia
2º.- instalar el 2.1.1 PARCHEADO y mismos wipes.
3º.- instalar el 2.1.2 igual que antes wipes y borrar ajustes semaphore.
y listo. A mi tambien me pasaba lo que a ti... y asi lo solucioné.

yo desd q instale la rom tambien instale el semaphore 2.1.1 parcheado(cuando lo instale hic wipe cache, dalvik y clear semaphore manager settings) y ahora acabo d instalar semaphore 2.1.2(hic los mismo wipes y clear semaphore manager settings x si acaso) y me funciono muyy bienn
