Solucionado
Aunque me riño a mi mismo por haber corrido demasiado sin haber acudido antes al Google.
La solución esta recogida en:

Hay que ser ROOT y utilizar alguna aplicación como el ROOT EXPLORER (yo he usado el FILE EXPERT) y acceder a la ruta :
ALMACENAMIENTO INTERNO TELEFONO\DATA\CLIPBORAD
Y borrar TODO (yo deje 2 ficheros y no me funcionaba)
Despues ir a MENU/AJUSTES/GESTOR DE APLICACIONES\TODAS
y seleccionar la aplicación TESTSERVICE y he seleccionado Detención de la aplicación.
He reiniciado el móvil y funciona perfectamente.
