Han colgado este método de calibrado de batería en xda:

1. in CWM/recovery let it sit till battery in terminal will show less then 3700. The less you can get it the better. 3400 is probably absolute minimum.
2. shut down the device and let it sit for 1 hour. (this is needed for the first measurement)
3. plug it to charger and charge it for 5 hours, full charge (90+%)...
4. disconnect the charger and let it sit for 1 hour in idle (deep sleep or in cwm). (this is needed for the second measurement)
5. boot up the device and test it, if your battery is still not calibrated you can flash back your backup and repeat calibration procedure.
Lo que entiendo es que hay un chip que no se entera de que le has metido ics y se vuelve loco. Con este proceso debe resetearse correctamente.
Decir que llevo un par de días que me baja mucho la batería por la noche y eso que si entra en deep sleep. Ya calibré la batería, quizás lo pruebe.
