S-OFF users: wipe dalvik+cache and flash in recovery
HTCDEV users: wipe dalvik+cache, flash in recovery, reboot to bootloader and flash the boot.img (extract it from the zip)
Pues entonces lo hice correctamente, al final creo que tengo un problema de hardware porque si no no me explico.
