Yo he visto esto en el face de Motorola y me pregunto si estos pasos son correctos, porque lo veo muy sencillo y me lío menos que con los tutos entre fastboot, rom y cosas de esas porque no habla de fastboot, que es lo que yo no acabo de entender.
So I manually flashed the OTA which is available at xda forums. EASY process because it's an official OTA and my phone is completely stock.
No more waiting for moto, ICS is worth it, it's so smooth!
Steps I took:
1. Download official OTA from xda razr development forums.
2. Put this update zip on root of sd card.
3. Switch off phone.
4. Hold vol+, vol_ and power button to boot stock recovery.
5. Press vol- to scroll to 'recovery'.
6. Press vol+ to select.
7. Screen will change to moto logo, then an android with a triangle containing a '!' above his head. At this screen press both volume buttons to get into a new menu.
8. In this menu vol+ and vol- scroll through options and power button slects.
9. I recommend wiping data and then wiping cache from this menu.
10. After that, choose 'install from sd card'.
11. Your OTA file will be here, select it and away you go. It will take around 20mins in total. DON'T panic if nothing is happening, be patient.
12. After it has flashed successfully, I recommend fromatting data and cache again to make sure it's completely clean and to avoid known ics issues.
13. Lastly reboot, which will take longer than usual, 3mins or so. Enjoy ICS.
