Xperia Ice Bean X is Xperia Ice Bean xMoD ROM. Its optimized and tweaked ROM, without Bloatware, and many Not-Sony MoDs included. Xperia Ice Bean X^2 is just Xperia Ice Bean X with Bloatware/much Apps, like Timescape, 3D CAM, Facebook inside Xperia and Stuff like that. So you decide what you want...
