En el primer post del hilo de XDA están las instrucciones. Copio y pego:

HTCDEV.com unlocked users -
extract the corresponding archive
copy the modules (bcm4329.ko and kineto_gan.ko from the archive) to your SDcard, after that copy them to /system/lib/modules with any root file explorer
make sure the permissions of the modules are -rw-r--r--
reboot to bootloader and flash the boot.img via fastoot

fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot reboot
after booting to the ROM, open the build.prop and change the value ro.htc.framework.screencapture from true to false, otherwise you will be making screenshots when sweeping to lock (but some may like this new "feature :P)
Para comprobar los permisos, yo lo hago desde el "root explorer". Dejas pulsado sobre el archivo y luego selecionas la opcion permisos.
