Based on NK02 Ion image (Hero Themed) and DZO's last zimage with microphone working.
Includes resources folders (wallpapers, media, and apps). May take up to 5 minutes in the first time boot. Tested only in Diamond.
Put all files in the root of Internal Storage (Diamond) or SDCard (Raphael). Don't put them in internal memory in any case. Delete any data.img you have.
