Bueno investigacion concluida.
1º.- Este addon es para la Xperia
2º.- El autor menciona que no funciona el añadir (lo que nos pasa a casi todos)
3º.- Si deseas añadir un enlace directo has de hacerlo mediante edicion del registro tal y como menciona aqui su autor.

GET THE ORIGINAL STARTMENU AND PROGRAMS TAB FOLLOW THIS LINK
Touch X Xtended StartMenu -add shortcuts to startmenu, now 50 shortcuts, original is 30. (you must add the name and shortcut in regestry to get the last 20 to work, im working on a program for that) Touch_X_XTended_Start_Menu.cab

PD: Ya me contareis como haceis que os funcione a los que os va, he echado un ojo al registro del manila y es imposible que os deje añadir enlaces dandole al simbolito (+). Supongo que lo hareis a mano con el editor de registro.
