- HTC One X unlocked with htcdev.com (S-ON) or S-OFF
- ClockworkMod Recovery
- Download ROM and place it on your SD card
- Boot your phone in bootloader mode (vol down + power)
- Use Android Fastboot KIT in attachment in order to install new boot.img
- Go in recovery
- Do Wipe in order to avoid issues caused by previous ROMs
- Select "choose zip from sdcard"
- After flashing process is complete, reboot the device

Flash Android Fastboot Kit V2.0 before flashing device. It contains new kernel needed for proper work. I don't know how will work other custom kernels on this ROM.
And please, do Wipe after flashing, that will help avoid problems with ROM.
