Yo lo instalé siguiendo estas instrucciones:
Rom android 4.04 How to install the CWM version newtech25.
1 Unrar Clockworkmod.rar and copy files from one to the sd card path as clockworkmod \ backup \ 2012-07-28.19.09.46.
2 run Newtech25_Install.bat File menu to access a CWM.
3 Upon entering the CWM and the volume - or + to select the menu to the menu, press the Power button to the Backup and Restore.
4 Press the Power button to restore the agreement.
5 Press the Power button to select 2012-07-28.19.09.46 agreement.
6 Wait until the operation is completed, press the back arrow. Back to the Start menu.
7 Select OK to reboot system now press the Power button.
Tienes que conectar la tablet al ordenador y ponerlo en modo almacenamiento masivo. Luego ejecutas el archivo .bat desde windows.
De todas formas no me convence demasiado la rom... tambien es cierto que acabo de pasarme a ICS y no termino de acostumbrarme
