Lo de devices ya no hace falta hacerlo. Prueba conectando el movil a otro usb para que cargue otra vez los drivers y asegurate de tener el movil con mas de media carga.
Lo he intentado así y tampoco me funciona...
Cuando abro el flashtool con el móvil encendido y conectado me pone ésto:

Cierro el flashtool, desconecto el teléfono y lo apago. Vuelvo a abrir el flashtool y le doy a flashmode. Espero a que se me abra la nueva ventana y conecto el teléfono y lo que me pone es:

Puedo abrir el flashtool con el teléfono encendido, darle a flashmode, esperar a que me salga la pantalla de que ya está preparado y una vez ahí desconectar el móvil, apagarlo y volverlo a conectar?
