Por lo que dicen en los foros de Motorola a una pregunta de cuando sale en UK dicen que esperan poder sacar el ICS en Julio:

For those asking for information about the ICS upgrade for RAZR and RAZR MAXX, we have had a delay which means we’re unable to roll out in Q2 as planned. We’re working through the changes that need to be made to the software to ensure you get the best experience from all the new features ICS will bring. We will update you when we have further details on a new roll out date. We expect to be able to start roll out in July, but will keep you posted on this.
