Installation Guide
First of all you need to download all files stated bellow in the Download section.
Before you start rename CWM5.zip into update.zip and place it in the root of your internal SD.
Unzip the ICS4Hanns Package and put the Hannspad in APX mode if your PC doesn't recognize the hannspad in APX mode install the APX Drivers which are packed in the ICS4Hanns zip. After your device is properly recognized open ICS_Partition_NVflash and run ICS_Partition.bat this will re-partition the device. After this is done boot into Recovery (power and + button) and flash update.zip from internal SD. Now you have CWM5 installed.
After this pefrom a full data wipe/cache/dalvik. Now you can mount the Internal Hannspad's Memory through CWM and place the TeamDRH-ICS ROM, Antibyte's Kernel on the Hannspad. Flash The TeamDRH's ROM first after this the Antibyte's kernel. Now you can reboot the device and complete the setup wizard. After this let the device sit for 30/60 minutes to make sure al internal updates are complete.
Enjoy your ICS Hannspad! .

Changelog
ROM
ROM has been updated to include various performance tweaks
Kernel has added touchscreen fix (hopefully fixes most games)
Most i/o schedulers removed for now due to incorrect throttling
Rom control has additional performance settings and is reorganized
WIFI modules updated
Incorporated TeamDRH Aroma installer (now includes ROM and GAppz)
ROM does have issue where at times, will not go to sleep (screen will turn off then flash back on) aka "blinkies"
Kernel
Kernel 12
After a lot of tests i set the reserved GPU RAM back to 128MB.
The ICS Browser and some other apps are unusable else.
Just opening Google News in the Browser uses over 60MB GPU memory !
The GPU now runs at max 333MHz (was 300), as Wikipedia and some other sources say
this is the maximum (non overclocked) for the revision of the Tegra we have.
Kernel 12.2
This fixes troubles with Iptables (Droidwall) not functioning properly.
Cause was the use of agressive compiler optimization flags.
Also reverts a patch that could have been the reason for graphical glitches sometimes.
2D and 3D parts of the GPU are clocked now both at 333MHz.
Upgrade from older ICS ROM
Place the required files on the internal SD of the Hannspad and boot into CWM (Boot while holding volume "+"). Pefrom a full data wipe/cache/dalvik. After this you choose install zip from SD and browse to the newer Team DRH ROM and flash this one. After this is done you flash the (new) kernel the same way.
If you're only upgrading from kernel. You can clear the cache/dalvik and choose the newer kernel to update it.
Remember you'll have to took the steps above involving the NVflash procedure. If you haven't done so do this first.

tep-By-Step Install instructions and tips for Team DRH's ICS Rom on Hannspree Hannspad :
The following install process worked for me:
-1. Read the following thread: "Hannspad Backup, Brick recovery guide..."
0. Download all the files from post #2 (for some more description of what files you need see also my post #874).
1. Unzip the ICS4Hanns.zip, install the apx drivers (if you haven't already done that off course) and extract ICS_Partitions_NVFlash.zip.
2. Rename CWM5.zip (that you got from extracting the ICS4Hanns.zip) into update.zip and place it into the root of the internal SD of the hannspad. (I did this by booting into tapntap and link the tab with my pc using the usb cable).
3. Connect the tablet to your PC in APX mode. After the hannspad is recognized (in apx mode) by the PC, open the ICS_Partition_NVflash folder and run ICS_Partition.bat. (this installs the correct partitions for ICS and gives you the stock recovery and stock tapntap).
4. Boot into tapntap and finish setup wizard (if you get a boot loop at the TnT logo then boot in recovery and do a factory reset and cache wipe, after that reboot and the boot loop should not return).
5. Update tapntap to version 6039 using over-the-air-update (the update app from hannspree). (after the update the tablet reboots, when back in tapntap shut it down).
6. Boot into recovery and flash update.zip ( = the renamed CWM5.zip, this installs the CWM5 custom recovery). (when this is complete tapntap boots again, when boot is finished, shut down the tablet and boot in recovery again).
7. perform: wipe data/factory reset.
8. perform: wipe cache partition.
9. perform: advanced -> Wipe Dalvik Cache.
10. Mount the internal Hannspad's Memory through CWM to the PC and place the TeamDRH-ICS-Beta-1.2.zip ( = TeamDRH ICS Rom beta 1.2) and drh4hanns12.2.zip ( = Antibyte's Kernel 12.2) on the Hannspad.
11. Unmount from PC and boot the hannspad into recovery.
12. Install zip from sdcard -> choose zip from sdcard -> select TeamDRH-ICS-Beta-1.2.zip
13. Aroma launcher starts, follow the steps in Aroma. (I installed the Rom with Gapps and all other boxes unchecked). Let install finish, when finished the hannspad returns to CWM.
14. choose zip from sdcard -> select drhhanns12.2.zip
15. Aroma starts, install kernel. (I choose Antibyte's kernel, and checked the boxes 3.x codex and static boot animation (trebuchet launcher unchecked). Let install finish.
16. Reboot the hannspad. (hannspad will reboot into recovery if u reboot using the check box at the end of the kernel install. when you are back into recovery select reboot system now)
17. When the setup wizard appears, leave the hannspad for 60 minutes (to make sure internal updates are complete).
18. Complete setup wizard. (after this leave the pad another 30 minutes just to be 150% sure).
19. Enjoy the wonderfull TeamDRH ICS rom on your hannspad! :-D
This method worked perfect for me: no boot loops etc.
Rom and kernel work amazing from a clean install :-D
TIP: when installing the kernel (step 15), I choose for the WLAN LED to show disk activity (internal sd card activity). This helps with determining if the internal updates are complete (and you are done waiting at steps 17 and 18 ).

please plus(+) rate this post if it was helpfull to you , thanks.
