Vale chicos, yo no puedo hacerlo, así que, que alguien lo intente por favor:

Probadlo solo con el bootloader bloqueado, ya que si lo teneis desbloqueado no tiene ninguna significancia.

SI, BOOTLOADER BLOQUEADO

Leedlo detenidamente antes de empezar, si no entendéis de ingles no lo intenteis y sobre todo, hacedlo con el telefono al 100% de batería.

Comentad mas abajo si os ha funcionado y si es bueno lo traduzco y retoco el tutorial para nosotros ;)

No os perdais en detalles, no pregunteis si sirve con otros firmwares, limitaos a probar si funciona y ya está, cuando sepamos que funciona ya solucionaremos las dudas que puedan surgir ;)

NO, NO DESBLOQUEA EL BOOTLOADER, SOLO TE DA ACCESO ROOT

Como resumen (ya que no queda muy claro con tanto paso), lo que hacemos es esto:

1. Flash Gingerbread
2. Le metemos a GB unos truquillos a este archivo /data/local.prop que es de ICS
3. Volvemos a ICS sin 'Wipe data' para mantener el local.prop trucado
4. Aplicamos los trucos en ICS
5. Fiesta

(1) Application Settings: [Unknown sources] checked {Allowed}
(2) Application Settings: Development [USB debugging] checked {Allowed}
(3) Application Settings: Development [Stay awake] checked {Allowed}
(4) Settings -> Display settings [Screen timeout] Set to 30 minutes
*If your screen goes off just once then you won’t be able to return to the installation properly. Very important!!
Please think about your battery and try to keep the display brightness to a minimum.
(5) Please use a regular picture for the background. Do not use the default live wallpaper.
(6) Charge the Xperia S’s battery to 80%.
(7) Use the Generic CH (1257-3740) XPERIA S LT26i ROM (6.1.A.0.452).

[Installation Process]

(1) Connect device to PC via USB cable and execute step1.bat

(2) Power down the device and flash LT26i ROM (6.1.A.0.452) with Flashtool
Wipe: (Uncheck the following) *See attached picture*
・Wipe data
・Wipe cache
・Wipe apps log
Exclude: (Uncheck all in the exclude section)
・Exclude partition *When available*
Misc: No final verification (Checked)




*Close Flashtool every time after you finish using it.
*If Flashtool is not closed properly then adb will not function correctly.

(3) Power on the device and execute step2.bat.
*During this step your device will not charge even if connected via the USB cable.
*Please be aware that if your device powers off due to low battery there is a chance of the phone bricking.



(4) Power down the device and flash Xperia S Gingerbread or ICS ROM which ever you prefer with Flashtool.
Wipe: (Uncheck the following) *See attached picture*
・Wipe data
・Wipe cache
・Wipe apps log
Exclude: (Uncheck all in the exclude section)
・Exclude partition *When available*
Misc: No final verification (Checked)




*Close Flashtool every time after you finish using it.
*If Flashtool is not closed properly then adb will not function correctly.


After your boot set up is complete you will see ‘acore process closed (stopped working) unexpectedly’, just close the dialog box and wait for the phone to settle.


Connect the device to the PC via USB and execute step3.bat.
If the process doesn’t execute or connect correctly, stop the batch process and execute again.
Wait for the batch process to complete. (You are waiting for the ADBD to finish)
*Please be careful not to have your screen go off here. You’ll have trouble returning the installation process.

(6) Execute step4.bat (Your phone might reboot after this process)
Continue with the execution of step5.bat.

(7) Power down the device and Xperia s whichever you have GB or ICS ROM with Flashtool.
Wipe: (check the following) *See attached picture*
・Wipe data
・Wipe cache
・Wipe apps log
Exclude: (check all in the exclude section)
Misc: No final verification (Checked)




*Close Flashtool every time after you finish using it.
*If Flashtool is not closed properly then adb will not function correctly.

(8) Power on the device and install SuperUser from the Google PLAY store. Titanium Backup is optional.

1. Asegurate de estar en un Firmware Gingerbread, da igual cual.
2. Descargate el pack de herramientas (LINK) y descomprimelo en alguna carpeta a la vista, la vas a utilizar continuamente.

3. Es muy importante configurar el telefono de esta manera antes de empezar con el proceso:

1. Ajustes/Aplicaciones: marcar "Orígenes desconocidos" y aceptar el mensaje de Atención
2. Ajustes/Aplicaciones/Desarrollo: marcar "Depuración USB" y aceptar el mensaje de ¿Permitir...?
3. Ajustes/Aplicaciones/Desarrollo: marcar "Pantalla activa"
4. Ajustes/Pantalla: "Tiempo espera pantalla" ponerlo en 30 minutos
   Todo esto es MUY IMPORTANTE ya que si durante el proceso se apaga la pantalla, cabe la posibilidad de que tengáis problemas
   Poned el brillo a un nivel tan bajo como podáis para que el consumo sea el menor posible y no tengáis problemas de que se apague la pantalla por falta de batería y, por supuesto, realizad el proceso con la batería llena o por lo menos por encima del 80% (No debería consumir casi nada de batería en el proceso, pero mejor prevenir)
5. Pon un fondo de pantalla sencillo, nada de fondos con movimientos ni nada que haga consumir batería
6. Repito... CARGA EL MOVIL por lo menos hasta el 80%

4. Cierra todos los programas que tengan que ver con el Telefono... PcCompanion, Flashtool, SEUS... todo.

5. Conecta el terminal encendido al PC con el cable USB y ejecuta como administrador (Botón derecho sobre el archivo y pulsar "Ejecutar como administrador") el archivo "Step 1.bat". No te preocupes por los caracteres ilegibles, pulsa cualquier tecla y el proceso comenzará, cuando termine pula cualquier tecla y se cerrará.

6. Desconecta el cable USB del terminal, apágalo y flashea el firmware ICS con Flashtool. Desmarca todos los cuadrados de WIPE y marca solo EXCLUDE PARTITION (si no aparece, sigue tu camino) y marca NO FINAL VERIFICATION.

7. Cuando el flasheo termine, desconecta el terminal, cierra flashtool y reinicia. Cuando se termine de encender, conecta el cable USB nuevamente y ejecuta como administrador el archivo "step 2.bat" al igual que con el step 1.

8. Desconecta el cable, apaga el telefono y flashea ICS exactamente igual que en el paso 6 (sin wipes y marcando solo exclude partition y no final verification)

9. Cuando el flasheo termine, desconecta el terminal, cierra flashtool y reinicia. Cuando se termine de encender, conecta el cable USB nuevamente y ejecuta como administrador el "step 3.bat". En cuanto se ejecute, la ventana se cerrará y aunque parezca que ha habido algún error, todo va bien. No es necesario esperar nada, en cuanto se cierra la ventana ya puedes continuar con el siguiente paso.

10. Ejecuta como administrador el archivo "step 4.bat". Si el terminal se reinicia bien, sino, tambien, el sabe lo que tiene que hacer, no reinicieis si no se os ha reiniciado.

11. Ejecuta como administrador el archivo "step 5.bat"

12. Desconecta el cable, apaga el telefono y flashea ICS, esta vez marca TODO, es decir, Wipes, Exclusiones y No a la verificación.

13. Cuando el flasheo termine, desconecta el terminal, cierra flashtool y reinicia. Cuando se termine de encender/cargar, entra al PlayStore y descarga e instala Superuser. Tras esto el telefono ya debería estar rooteado. Para probarlo, descargate cualquier app que solicite acceso root, hay aplicaciones especificas para saber si eres root o no, a buscar toca.
