con el teléfono encendido no se puede flashear, apágalo y prepara todo en el flashtool, cuando inicies el flasheo con flashtool entonces es cuando puedes conectar el Neo al PC en modo flashmode, verás como no tienes problemas, no lo conectes antes de iniciar el flasheo

El movil está apagado, más que nada porque no enciende.
Algunas veces llega al 20%, otras al 50-70% y se queda pillado.
